Refund and Returns Policy

At GSG Lighting, we strive to provide high-quality lighting products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and returns policy.
Returns
You may return an item within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@gsglighting.com or girish.jha@gsglighting.com within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
